Rishiram alias Rikhiram Verma) which is pending before him since 11.02.2015, as expeditiously as possible or within a period as stipulated by this Hon'ble Court." 2. Considering the aforesaid prayer, in case the suit is still pending, the same shall be decided expeditiously in accordance with law preferably within a period of one year. 3.
