Petitioner is aggrieved by possession notice dated 30.08.2025 issued by Chief Manager, Punjab National Bank. As per said notice, total outstanding against the petitioner, as on 31.05.2025, is ₹7,84,087.69. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is ready and willing to liquidate the loan and he has submitted proposal for one time settlement of the outstanding dues. 6. Mr. Siddharth Jain, learned counsel for the Bank, however, disputes this submission and submits that as per his instructions, no proposal has been submitted by petitioner, as yet. 7. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to submit a proposal for one time settlement, to the Competent Authority in the Bank. Petitioner will deposit upfront amount of ₹50,000/- with the Bank along with OTS proposal to show his bona fide. If petitioner submits such proposal, along with aforesaid amount, on or before 2025:UHC:8675 29.09.2025, the Competent Authority in the Bank, shall take decision thereupon, as per law, within two weeks thereafter. 8. In case of any default by the petitioner, he shall not be entitled to protection of this order and the Bank will be free to proceed against him, in accordance with law. 9. Let certified copy of this order be supplied to petitioner today itself.
