Present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 28.03.2016 passed in rent appeal no. 0000013 of 2015 as well as order dated 29.05.2015 passed under Section 21(1)(a) of the U.P. Tenancy Act 13 of 1972. 3. Counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners have already been evicted in pursuance to the order passed by the Prescribed Authority. 4. Considering the two orders where finding of fact has been recorded after appreciation of evidence, no relief can be granted in the present writ petition, moreso as the U.P. Act 13 of 1972 has already been repealed. The petition lacks merits and is dismissed.
