Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:3420-DB Court No. - 2 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 159 of 2025 Petitioner :- Ram Kumar Singh Respondent :- State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Deptt. Revenue Lko. And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Rohit Upadhyay,Dinesh Chandra,Manish Kumar Bajpai Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Rajan Roy,J. Hon'ble Manish Kumar,J. Head. The Tehsildar, Rudauli, District Ayodhya has declined to accept the mutation application and register it as claimed, only on the ground that the basis of the application is a non-registered Will, the land being agricultural land. The contention is that this is in the teeth of the Division Bench judgement of this Court, however, on being asked to place the decision of the Division Bench, learned counsel says that though it exists but it is not with him. We asked him to provide the citation and other details, he says that he does not have it. We are afraid. We cannot help a counsel who is so unprepared. He may submit the said Division Bench judgement alongwith an application before the Tehsildar, who may look into the matter and do the needful strictly as per law. The writ petition stands disposed of. Order Date :- 20.1.2025 S. Kumar Digitally signed by :- SANTOSH KUMAR High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench
