Applicant was granted bail in Case Crime No.771 of 2024, under Sections 109, 125, 190, 191(2), 191(3), 252 and 351(3) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (“the BNS”) Police Station Bhagwanpur, District Haridwar, on 19.09.2025. Now, Correction Application, MCRC No.1 of 2025, has been filed on the ground that Section 352 of the BNS has wrongly been transcribed as Section 252 in the bail application, and, accordingly, this error has crept in the order. The Correction Application is allowed, accordingly. Let the applicant file an amended memo of the application. Once it is done, the correction be carried out, today itself.
