(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.256, dated 23.10.2024, under Sections 21(b)/29 of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Guhla, District Kaithal. Vide order dated 13.01.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in pursuance to the order passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation and as such his interim bail may be made absolute. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI, Pankaj, P.S. Guhla, Kaithal. has stated that petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation. In view of the above, interim order dated 13.01.2025 is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) of BNSS, 2023. Petition stands allowed.
