From perusal of the order-sheets, it emerges that earlier also on account of non-appearance from the side of the petitioner, the writ petition was dismissed for default, however, later on, one restoration application has been moved and it was restored by this Court. Even after restoration, nobody appeared on behalf of the petitioner. 2. Today also, even in the second round, no one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner.
