Present C482 applications have been preferred by the Applicants for quashing the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No.648 of 2018 State vs. Vijay Chandola and others (FIR No.03 of 2017) for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 323, 504 of IPC and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act registered at Police Station Champawat, District Champawat as well as the cognizance order dated 09.05.2018. 2. Applicants are present in person as well through V.C. before this Court. They are duly identified by their respective counsel. 1 2. Criminal Misc. Application No.1470 of 2018 Vijay Chandola and Another vs. State of Uttarakhand and Another with Criminal Misc. Application No.1296 of 2018 Nanda Ballabh Chandola and Another vs. State of Uttarakhand and Another. Ashish Naithani J. 2025:UHC:4892 3. The parties as well as learned counsel for the parties made statement that the matter may be decided as the compromise has been entered between both the parties. Both the parties agreed that they do not want to pursue the case any further. Thus proceedings of the present case may be closed. 4. Learned State Counsel has no objection in case present matter is decided. 5. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and after taking into the fact that compromise entered between the parties the instant C528 application may be disposed of. 6. Entire proceedings of Criminal Case No.648 of 2018 State vs. Vijay Chandola and others (FIR No.03 of 2017) for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 323, 504 of IPC and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act registered at Police Station Champawat, District Champawat pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Champawat are quashed. 7.
