By means of the present writ petition, petitioner has put to challenge the FIR No.0370 of 2021 dated 24.09.2021, for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 120-B IPC, registered with P.S. Bahadrabad, District Haridwar. 5. Learned State Counsel made a statement at Bar on instruction that after investigation, charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioner on 14.10.2022, therefore, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition and it has become infructuous. 6. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that she would challenge the said charge-sheet in the appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum. 7. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the parties, the present criminal writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, it is open to petitioner to challenge the charge- sheet in appropriate proceedings, before the appropriate forum.
