In compliance of the earlier orders passed by this Court, the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lucknow has sent a report dated 30.05.2025. 2. We have gone through the said report sent by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lucknow, wherein it has been stated that the sole appellant- Dharam had died during the pendency of the appeal on 10.02.2023. Copy of statements of his son, Sub Inspector of the Police Station concerned and also of the death certificate of the sole appellant, have been enclosed to the said report. 3. Since the sole appellant- Dharam has died during the pendency of the appeal, instant appeal is liable to be dismissed as abated. 4. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as having been abated. .
