This petition has been filed for issuing a direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties no. 1 to 4, particularly the opposite parties 2 to 4, to take all legal and necessary action, according to law against the opposite party no.5 in pursuance of the FIR lodged by the petitioner on 18.11.2024 bearing Case Crime No.192 of 2024, under Sections 115(2),352,105,61(2) of B.N.S., 2023, P.S. Baba Bazar, District Ayodhya. Learned A.G.A. on instructions states that in this case final report has been submitted before the supervisory authority on 25.12.2024. In view of the above, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach and move an appropriate application raising all his grievances before the supervisory authority, who shall look into the matter and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks.
