Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority for payment of post retiral benefits such as gratuity and leave encashement alongwith interest. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner has superannuated from service of the opposite parties on 31.01.2023 but till date the aforesaid benefits have not yet been paid despite the fact that there is no inquiry or any punishment order against petitioner. 4. For the said grievance, petitioner has already submitted a representation. At present learned counsel for petitioner restricts his prayer for a final decision with regard to same. 5. Considering innocuous prayer being made by learned counsel for petitioner and without entering into the merits of the case, petitioner is granted liberty to file a fresh representation before opposite party No.2 i.e. Managing Director, U.P. State Food and Essential Commodities Corporation Ltd. 17, Gokhlay Marg, Lucknow. In case such a representation is filed, the same shall be considered and decided within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 6. With the aforesaid observation, petition stands disposed of.
