Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. This application under Section 483 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to direct the court concerned to decide the Misc. Case No.10113 of 2016 (Amitabh Pandey Vs. Beenu Yadav) under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C., Police Station Chakeri, District Kanpur Nagar pending in the Court of Additional Civil Judge (J.D.)-I, Kanpur Nagar, expeditiously within a stipulated period. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant before this Court is the complainant in this case. The statements of complainant under section 200 Cr.P.C. and the witnesses under section 202 Cr.P.C. have already been recorded and the matter is pending for long at the stage of passing the summoning order in this case. 4. It is very strange that despite the pendency of the present case since 2016, no summoning order has been passed so far. The copies of the order-sheet have been annexed. Trial court is directed to pass an order on the point of summoning of the accused persons after hearing the present applicant / complainant, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to the parties, within a period of two months from the date of receiving of certified copy of this order. 5.
