Art. 227) No. 10 of 2024 has been filed by the petitioners for setting aside the order dated 01.03.2018 (Annexure-A/23) and the connected proceeding in MC [CRP (C.R.P. Art. 227)] No. 41 of 2024 has been filed by the applicants for disposal of the referred civil revision petition, CRP (C.R.P. Art. 227) No. 10 of 2024 as the civil revision petition is not maintainable as barred by law. Whereas the learned senior counsel for the petitioners in CRP (C.R.P. Art. 227) No. 10 of 2024 and learned counsel for the applicants in MC [CRP (C.R.P. Art. 227)] No. 41 of 2024 fairly submit that the petitioners and the applicants in the aforesaid proceedings are not inclined to persuade these matters and seek for withdrawal of the same. However, keeping in view the submission which is made by the learned senior counsel for the petitioners in CRP (C.R.P.
