By this petition, petitioners herein have alleged non-compliance of the order dated 29.05.2025, whereby WP(C) 1261/2025 was disposed of by directing the official respondents to take necessary steps for securing and protecting the rights and interests of the petitioners available to them under law qua the land owned and possessed by the petitioners. 2. Compliance report stands filed, it is stated that the order dated 29.05.2025 has been complied with and the land of the petitioners has been demarcated, status quo has been maintained and immediate breach of peace has been prevented and the petitioners have been advised to pursue their remedy for possession of the land before the appropriate forum. 3. In view of the above, respondents have complied with the order dated 29.05.2025 in its letter and spirit. 4. Accordingly, the contempt proceedings are closed, however, the petitioners shall be at liberty to approach the appropriate forum for possession of the land, if so advised.
