Still he is aggrieved that his grievance with regard to arrears of salary is still pending before Respondent-2, Additional Director of Education (Secondary), U.P. Prayagraj. 3. In aforesaid circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with observation that if above referred claim of petitioner is still under consideration before Respondent-2, the same be decided in accordance with law expeditiously.
