Learned counsel for respondent No.3 as well as learned State Counsel made a statement at Bar that after investigation, charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioner on 01.04.2022. 6. It is further contended by learned counsel for respondent No.3 that the said charge-sheet has now been challenged before this Court invoking its inherent power under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., therefore, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition and it has become infructuous. 7. In view of the above, the present criminal writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. 8. Interim order dated 16.12.2021 stands vacated. 9. Pending application also stands disposed of.
