State Public Service Tribunal, Indira Bhawan Lucknow to decide the claim petition No.1987/2024 (Akhtyar Ahmad Ansari versus State of U.P. & others) within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble court" 3. Considering the prayer limited to the issue of mandamus and the fact that the claim petition is of the year 2024, the petitioner is permitted to move an application for expeditious disposal of the claim petition before the court concerned. In case such an application is moved, the same shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law. 4. The writ petition stands disposed off.
