The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Opp. Party no. 1 i.e. Civil Judge (Junior Division), Tanda, Amedkar Nagar to decide the Succession case no. 83 of 2021; Pooja Devi and another versus Civil Judge (Junior Division), Tanda and another under section 372 of Hindu Succession Act, 1956, as early as possible within a specific period, in the interest of Justice." 3. Considering the relief as sought, the present writ petition is disposed off directing the trial court to make an earnest endeavour to decide the abovesaid succession case in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
