Baruah, learned counsel for the applicants and also heard Ms. P. Page No.# 2/2 Borthakur, learned counsel for the opposite party/appellant. This interlocutory application is preferred by the applicants, namely, Shri Digbijay Mandal and Smt. Parboti Mandal, for allowing them to withdraw 50% of the awarded amount deposited before the Registry of this Court pursuant to the order of this Court dated 03.03.2025 in I.A.(Civil) No.3332/2024, arising out of MAC App. No.566/2024. Mr. Baruah, learned counsel for the applicants submits that the appellant in MAC App. No.566/2024 pursuant to the order passed by this Court in I.A.(Civil) No.3332/2024 has deposited 50% of the awarded amount of Rs.23,22,525/- and the applicants may be allowed to withdraw the aforementioned amount from the Registry of this Court. Ms. Borthakur submits that she has no objection in the event of allowing this application. Taking note of the submission of learned counsel for both the parties, this I.A. stands allowed. The applicants are allowed to withdraw the 50% of the awarded amount deposited before the Registry of this Court. Comparing Assistant Sd/- Robin Phukan JUDGE
