The office report dated 10.02.2015 provides that no steps have yet been taken by the petitioner in terms of the order dated 22.01.2015 passed by this Court. It is apparent that the order passed by this Court has not been complied with till date. 5. The case is an old one pertaining to the year 1993. It seems that by the efflux of time, the petitioner has lost his interest in pursuing the case any more. 6. Accordingly, in view of aforesaid situation, the writ petition is dismissed.
