It is argued that the grievance has been raised before the District Magistrate, Bahraich. 4. Considering the fact that the District Magistrate, Bahraich is seized with the compliant, the present petition is disposed off directing the respondent no.2 to take a decision on the application filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law, with all expedition preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
