Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Mohd. Yasir Abbasi, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2, learned Standing Counsel for the State respondent and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 14.11.2024 whereby the award was refused to be executed on the ground that the Court fees was deficient by Rs.20/- and the stamp duty as is required in Entry 12 of Schedule B of the Indian Stamp Act was not paid amounting to Rs.10/-. 3. The counsel for the petitioner states that he is ready to pay Rs.10/- and Rs.20/- of the Court fees which is found to be deficient. 4. In case, the said amount is paid by the petitioner, the award shall be executed in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of two months. 5.
