The service of notice upon the petitioners is presumed sufficient under the Rules of the Court. The matter is an old one pertaining to the year 1993. When the case has been called out, no one is present to press the writ petition, while Shri R.P. Maurya, learned Standing Counsel is present for the State-respondents.
