We have gone through the order sheet and find that there is a report of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ayodhya dated 1.1.2025, wherein, it has been mentioned that Sub Inspector of Police Station concerned, Gram Pradhan as well as two other witnesses have informed that appellant no.1 - Jag Ram Lodh died some six years ago and appellant no.2 - Sukhram died some ten years ago. Copy of the statements have been annexed alongwith report of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ayodhya. Since, both the appellants reported to dead, therefore, the present appeal is dismissed as abated.
