Mr. Hari Om Bhakuni, learned counsel for petitioner, appeared through video confernecing. 2. Mr. S.S. Chauhan, learned D.A.G. and Mr. Bhaskar Chandra Joshi & Mr. Girish Chandra Joshi, learned A.G.A. with Mr. Vikas Uniyal, learned Brief Holder for the State of Uttarakhand/respondent Nos.1 and 2. 3. Mr. Prashant Khanna, learned counsel submits that he has got instruction to appear on behalf of respondent No.3. He prays for and is granted 24 hrs. time to file his power on behalf of respondent No.3. 4. By means of the present writ petition, petitioner (minor) has put to challenge the impugned FIR No.0031 of 2025 dated 11.09.2025 lodged by respondent No.3, for the offences punishable under Sections 115(2) and 124(1) of the BNS 2023, registered with P.S. Tehri, District Tehri Garhwal and another ancillary relief. 5. This Court vide order dated 22.09.2025 asked the learned State Counsel as to why the Juvenile in-conflict with law has not been produced with concerned Juvenile Justice Board. 6. Today, learned State Counsel, on instruction, submits that the petitioner 2025:UHC:8700 (juvenile in-conflict with law) has been taken in custody and produced before the learned Juvenile Justice Board, New Tehri, on 23.09.2025. 7. In view of the statement made by learned State Counsel, the present writ petition has rendered infructuous. 8. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
