In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, Shri Yatindra, Advocate, representing the opposite party has filed a compliance affidavit of the Secretary, Basic Education Board, U.P., Prayagraj, which is taken on record. It has been stated in the compliance affidavit that the representation of the applicant has been decided vide order dated 18.2.2025 passed by the Secretary, Basic Education Board, U.P., Prayagraj. The order dated 18.2.2025 has also been annexed with the compliance affidavit. As the order passed by the writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed. The contempt application is disposed of. Notices are discharged. Let the file be consigned to record. The applicant has the remedy to challenge the order passed by the Secretary, Basic Education Board, U.P., Prayagraj before appropriate forum on merits.
