Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned State counsel for opposite party no. 1, Mr. Ravi Singh , learned counsel for opposite party no. 2 and Mr. Atul Kumar Dwivedi, learned counsel for opposite party no. 3. 2. Petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- (i) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 1 and 3 to grant affiliation to the petitioner institution for B.Pharma Course with intake capacity of 60 seats for academic year 2024-25 and allow admission of students; (ii) To issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the opposite party no. 3 to allow the petitioner institution to participate in counselling process scheduled to start from 3rd January 2025. (iii) To issue any other writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem just and proper in circumstances of the case........" 3. Learned counsel for University on the basis of material on record submits that the list of colleges for whom recommendation for affiliation has been made does not include the name of petitioner's Institution. He does not have any instructions if the same has been specifically rejected. 4. In view thereof, it is directed that in case petitioner's application for grant of affiliation is pending consideration with the University, the same may be considered and decided expeditiously within a period of one week from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before said authority. 5. Learned counsel for University shall communicate operative portion of this order to the authority concerned so as to enable him to pass appropriate orders within the same time frame prescribe. 6.
