GP FOR FINANCE PLANNING The Court made the following: ORAL ORDER: Heard Sri Bhooma Maharshi Reddy, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri Komma Vijaya Raj Kumar, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and Sri Panku Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj. 2. Learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to the claim made by the Writ Petitioner of an amount of Rs.2,58,325/-. 3. Sri Sri Panku Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the Executive Engineer RWS & S(P) Division, Nandyal, dated 02.04.2025. Copy of it is supplied to the Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and the same is taken on record. 4. Serial No.23 of the Written Instructions would indicate that the gross amount claimed by the Writ Petitioner is Rs.2,58,325/- and the net amount (after deductions of an amount of Rs.24,111/-) due to be paid to the Writ Petitioner is Rs.2,34,214/-. 5. Sri Bhooma Maharshi Reddy, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner, on Instructions, accepts the net amount as Rs.2,34,214/-. 6. In this view of the matter, the Official Respondents are directed to complete the administrative process in all respects by co-operation and co- 3 ordination between the departments within a period of six weeks from today and remit the due amount of Rs.2,34,214/- (net amount) as full and final settlement into the bank account of the Writ Petitioner. 7. The Writ Petitioner is directed to submit his bank details to the Competent Authority within one week from today for effective compliance. 8. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands allowed.. No order as to costs. 9.
