CORAM:
HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE RAHUL BHARTI, JUDGE
O R D E R 12.02.2025
There is nothing on the record to justify the entertainment of this review petition against an order dated 31.08.2024, passed by this Court whereby the petitioner was asked to remove the encroachment from the State land over which the petitioner came up with construction of a fish pond. No equity can come in favour of the petitioner given the fact that the petitioner right from the very beginning knew that he was usurping the State land/property and that too without seeking any permission from any public authority. Hence, review petition is dismissed. Copy of this order be sent to the Deputy Commissioner, Baramulla, to ensure that the encroachment of the State land comprising Khasra No. 954/114 Min in the estate Kalantra Bala is removed.
