The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that no representation has been received by the Station House Officer, Chilaklapudi Police Station, Krishna District, as there is no endorsement on the said document filed along with the writ petition. 3. The petitioner shall make a fresh representation to respondent No.3, and upon receipt of such representation, the 3rd respondent shall follow the procedure as contemplated under Section 173(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, (for short, “BNSS”). 4.
