During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. B Sharma, learned APP, Assam, on instruction, has submitted that police on completion of the investigation of the case submitted charge- sheet in Laharighat Police Station Case No. 37/2025 corresponding to G.R. No. 241/2025 on 31.03.2025 vide Charge-Sheet No. 55/2025. 3. At this stage, Ms. R Sahin, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instruction, is not pressing this bail application and has submitted that the petitioner shall approach the appropriate forum for his regular bail. 4.
