Upadhyay, learned counsel for respondent No.3. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the charge-sheet has already been filed on 07.11.2024 by the Investigating Officer. She further submits that she has challenged the charge-sheet by filing an amendment application, which was allowed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 06.01.2025. 5. However, at this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present criminal writ petition, with a liberty to file a fresh, to avail the appropriate remedy available under law. 6. The prayer, so made, is granted. 7. In view of the statement made by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the present criminal writ 2025:UHC:1378 petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with the aforesaid liberty. 8.
