Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties no. 6 and 7 to ensure the compliance of the order dated 24.09.2024 vide letter no. 275/ST-SDM(L) and order dated 25.10.2024 passed by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Lambhua, Sultanpur." 3. Considering the fact that the remedy for execution is provided under para 460 of the U.P. Revenue Code Manual, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to file the said application, which shall be disposed of in accordance with law.
