In compliance of the earlier orders passed by this court, the Chief Judicial Magistrate Unnao has sent a report dated 08.10.2024. We have gone through the said report sent by C.J.M. Unnao wherein it has been stated that the sole appellant Naresh Pasi S/o Badri Prasad, had died around two years ago. The statements of the Village Pradhan, the Sub Inspector of the Police Station concerned and also of the cousin of the appellant, have been enclosed to the said report. Since the sole appellant- Naresh S/o Badri Prasad, has died during the pendency of the Appeal, the instant Appeal is liable to be dismissed as abated. Accordingly, the Appeal is dismissed as having been abated.
