ORAL ORDER: Heard Sri Dasari S.V.V.S.V. Prasad, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and Sri A. Krishna Kishore, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Agriculture.
2. The present Writ Petition is filed with the following prayer:
“…pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents for now with- holding the admitted amount of Rs.3,87,933/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Eight Seven thousand nine hundred and thirty three only) for supply of the plant protection chemicals by the petitioner firm is illegal, arbitrary and violation of Article 14, 19, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and for consequently direct the respondents to pay Rs.3,87,933/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Eight Seven thousand nine hundred and thirty three only) and pass…”
3. The Learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner would submit, on instructions, that the amounts have been received by him and that no further
consideration is necessary in this Writ Petition.
4. The Learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner has furnished copy of the Acceptance Letter dated 05.04.2025, signed by the Writ Petitioner, to the effect that an amount of Rs. 3,87,933/- (Three Lakh Eighty-Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty-Three Rupees Only) has been received on 31.03.2025.
5. With these observations and directions, the Writ Petition stands
disposed of. No order as to costs.
