The present contempt application has been filed pleading wilful non-compliance of the order dated 13.09.2024 passed by this Court in Writ C No. 3083 of 2024. The Standing Counsel has filed a compliance affidavit disclosing that an order dated 19.03.2025 was passed by the prescribed authority i.e. Deputy District Magistrate, Regulated Area, Gyanpur-Gopiganj, District Bhadohi disposing of the case registered under Section 10 of the Uttar Pradesh (Regulations of Building Operations) Act, 1958. The order has also been annexed as Annexure-1 to the affidavit. As the order passed by the Writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application. The application is disposed of and consigned to records. Notice issued to the opposite party is discharged. The applicant has the remedy to challenge the order dated 19.03.2025 on merits before appropriate forum.
