The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Direct the opposite party по. 1 i.e. Arbitrator/District Magistrate, Pratapgarh, District-Pratapgarh to decide the Case No. 14 of 2023 (Pradeep Kumar Versus Presiding Officer/Sub-Divisional Officer, Kunda, District- Pratapgarh and another) which is pending before him since 01.03.2023 and till the disposal of the case the parties may be directed to not demolish the drainage/interlocking over the land in dispute, in the interest of justice, as expeditious as possible or within a period as stipulated by this Hon'ble Court." 3.
