Sri Rajan Singh, learned State Counsel is present for the State-opposite party. 3. From perusal of the order-sheet, it transpired that this Court vide order dated 04.08.1993 issued notices to the private opposite parties. 4. The office report dated 12.01.2015 shows that late Sri Shafeeq Mirza, Advocate appeared only for the opposite party no.2 but the service of notice upon the opposite parties nos.3 to 7 was found not sufficient, as such, fresh steps were directed to be taken for service of notice within ten days. 5. The record available before this Court shows that no fresh steps have been taken till date by the petitioner for service of notice upon the unserved opposite parties nos.3 to 7. 6. The matter is an old one pertaining to the year 1993. It appears that by efflux of time, the petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the case any more. 7. In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
