The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners challenging an order dated 24.03.2018 whereby the directions were issued to the landlord to get the repair work of a shop done within a period of two months. It was also observed that in case the repairs are not done, the tenant would be entitled to get the repair work done at his own cost and would be entitled to adjust the same under the rent.
