Learned counsel for petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to challenge the charge-sheet before the supervisory authority. 4. If petitioner has any grievance in respect of charge-sheet, petitioner can express it by way of application before the supervisory authority within a period of ten days' from today, who shall consider the same and take decision in the matter in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks thereafter. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is consigned to record as withdrawn. 6. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. .
