The office report dated 31.01.2025 shows that service of notice upon petitioners no. 1,5 and 6 is sufficient, while other petitioners no. 2,3 and 4 have been reported dead. Case called out in the revised list. No one appears on behalf of the petitioners no. 1, 5 and 6 to press this petition even in the revised list. The matter is an old one pertaining to the year 1993. It appears that by efflux of time the petitioners have lost interest in pursuing the case any further. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for non- prosecution.
