The present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with prayer to quash the order dated 11.12.2024 passed by Additional District Judge, Khurja, Bulandshahar in Criminal Revision No. 16 of 2024, whereby the revisional court affirmed the order dated 21.5.2024 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khurja, Bulandshahar in Case No. 1234 of 2023 (State vs. Raj Kumar Saini and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 116 of 2023, under sections 323, 353, 332 and 506 I.P.C., P.S. Khurja City, District-Bulandshahar, whereby the learned Magistrate took cognizance under sections 323, 353, 332 and 506 I.P.C. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copies of the relevant documents be returned to learned counsel for the applicants after retaining a photocopy of the same.
