Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were arraigned as A.1 and A.2 in Crime No.27 of 2025 of Sattenapalli Rural Police Station, Palnadu District, registered for the alleged offence under Sections 126(2), 118(1), 115(2) read with Section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3. he learned counsel further submits that the petitioners lodged a complaint against the 2nd respondent in Crime No.28 of 2025. As a counterblast, the 2nd respondent has filed the present case with false allegations. The learned counsel further submits that the offences alleged against the petitioner are punishable below 7 years and therefore, seeks a direction to the police to follow the procedure provided under Section 35(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 4. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Station House Officer, Sattenapalli Rural police station, Palnadu Ditsrict, is directed to follow the procedure as contemplated under Section 35(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for the purpose of investigation in connection with Crime No.27 of 2025. 5. Accordingly, the criminal petition is disposed off. 6. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the criminal petition shall stand closed.
