Notice on behalf of the respondents No.1 to 3 has been accepted by the office of the Chief Standing Counsel. Shri Pankaj Gupta, learned counsel has accepted notice on behalf of the respondent No.4. In view of the order proposed to be passed by this Court, notice to the private-respondents No.5 and 6 is dispensed with. By means of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of a review petition which is pending before the Board of Revenue. The submission is that whenever the matter is listed, for the reasons beyond of the petitioner, the matter could not be heard and in the aforesaid circumstances, it is stated that the proceedings may be expedited. Having considered the aforesaid submissions and from a perusal of the extracts of the order-sheets, which have been brought on record, it indicates that repeated dates have been fixed but as the Members of the Bar have been abstaining from judicial work, hence, the matter could not be heard. This Court further finds that the petitioner has not brought on record the entire order-sheets as the last order-sheet is dated 17.11.2023 where the matter was directed to be listed again in the month of December, 2023. For the entire petition, no averment has been made nor any order-sheets have been brought on record to indicate as to how the matter is proceeding. With the aforesaid reasons, this Court is not inclined to entertain the instant petition, however, leaving it open for the petitioner to file an appropriate application before the Court concerned and it is expected that in case such an application is moved, the Court concerned shall take note of it and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. With the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of. Order Date :- 10.1.2025 Rakesh/- Digitally signed by :- RAKESH PRAJAPAT High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench
