The instant writ petition has been preferred with the prayer for issuing direction to the respondents to release the due grant- in-aid to the petitioner to run the institution properly. 2. The aforesaid petition was submitted by the petitioner in the year 2007 and the counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has passed away and this Court vide order dated 08.01.2025 has issued the Court notice to the petitioner for engaging some other counsel and the same has been served upon the petitioner on 17.02.2025 but inspite of passing of the aforesaid order, neither the petitioner has appeared in person nor other counsel has been appeared for him. It appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. (2 of 2) [CW-6732/2007] 3. In view of the above, the instant writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution. 4. Stay application and all pending application(s), if any, also stand dismissed. 5.
