Learned counsel for respondent Nos. 7 to 15 submits that Ms. Tabinda Yousuf, Advocate, appears on behalf of respondent Nos. 7 to 15 vice Mr. Shuja-ul-Haq, however, inadvertently, the presence of Ms. Tabinda Yousuf, learned counsel, was reflected as appearing on behalf of the petitioners. 3. The record reveals that there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners on the last several dates of hearing. Today also, nobody is present. It appears that the petitioners have lost interest to prosecute this case. 4. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution, along with connected CMs. 5.
