Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. No. 78 of 2025 arising out of Chatra Sadar P.S. Case No. 354 of 2024 for the offences registered under Sections 80, 103 and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Chatra. 3. On 06.07.2016, the wife of the petitioner, namely, Poonam Devi died in an unnatural death in her matrimonial home. 4. It was submitted that the deceased had fallen and sustained injury on her back. The petitioner took her to hospital where she was declared brought death. It was further submitted that from the postmortem report, it will be apparent that the injury sustained by the deceased was not sufficient in ordinary course of death. It was also submitted that the opinion regarding cause of death was kept preserved awaiting forensic report. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Chatra, in connection with S.T.
