At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners prays that he does not intend to press relief no.(i) and only confines his prayer for a direction being issued to respondent no.2 i.e. Director of Education (Secondary), Lucknow to decide the representation of the petitioners with regard to their grievances. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioners to prefer fresh individual representations within two weeks from today. In case such representations are preferred within stipulated time then the respondent no.2 shall proceed to decide the same in accordance with law by passing a speaking and reasoned order within a further period of four weeks from the date of preferring of the fresh representations along with certified copy of this order.
