The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing of the impugned order dated 13.03.2024 registering the Protest Application as complaint Case No.86/2024 and summoning order dated 07.11.2024 as well as entire proceedings arising out of Complaint Case No.86/2024 pending before the court of Special Judge SC/ST Act, Bahraich. Learned counsel for the applicants, after arguing for some time, does not want to press this appeal rather seeks liberty to file a regular bail application in view of law laid by Supreme Court in order dated 7.10.2021 passed in Petition for Special Leave to Appeal (Cri) No.5191 of 2021 Satender Kumar Antil versus Central Bureau of Investigation and another. In view of the above, present anticipatory bail application is dismissed as not pressed. It is provided that in case a regular bail application has been filed by the applicants-Phaujdar Pandey, Prag Dutt Pandey, Babloo Pandey & Saurabh Pandey within twenty days' from today before the court below, the same be decided expeditiously in view of the law laid by by Supreme Court in Satender Kumar Antil (supra).
